The Falls car park site located on the corner of Edmonton and Alderman Drives.
We are continuing to investigate future options of this development site to complement the adjacent historic Falls Hotel and the Falls park.
The Falls car park site located on the corner of Edmonton and Alderman Drives offers potential as a commercial development site. It is home to placemaking activities including the Ecomatters Bike Hub, Te Puna fresh food market and kids modular pump track (in 2023), as well as some car parking managed by Auckland Transport. We are continuing to investigate future options of this development site to complement the adjacent historic Falls Hotel and the Falls park.
