The Auckland Council land has long been signalled as a great opportunity to bring more housing onto this part of the market, north of the city.

To be known as Mariner Rise, the subdivision highlights quality design and housing choice. Options cover two, three and four-bedroom homes, both terrace and standalone houses.

We’ve taken care to reflect the feedback we’ve received over many years of consultation. Our development partner, McConnell Property, has developed a masterplan to make best use of the site, including the creation of a wetland at D’Oyly Reserve to help manage stormwater.
